About me

I’m an NCTJ qualified freelance journalist based in Devon. I’ve written for the BBC, i News, Big Issue, UK Climbing, Reach Media, Two Four Media, Devon and Cornwall Newspapers and South Devon Magazines.

Over the last 20 years I’ve penned thousands of news stories, features, reviews and in-depth interviews.

I've recently completed an MA in Travel and Nature Writing at Bath Spa University - for which I was awarded a distinction - and am currently pitching travel and wellbeing features to newspapers and magazines.

When not at my laptop, I’m usually found walking the coast path or lying on a beach.
